Please follow the guidelines below when preparing the camera ready version of your paper.

  1. The page limit is 15 for full Research papers and 6-8 for short papers, including all references and figures.  Workshop papers can be 8-14 pages, and demo papers should be no shorter than 4 pages.
  2. All papers must be prepared by strictly following the Springer LNCS format.  Please familiarize yourself with “Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings” at, and download the appropriate template (Word or LaTex) for the preparation of your paper. Please do not alter margins or use other tricks (e.g., use \vspace, change font size etc) to gain more space. If you do, your paper will be returned and you will need to fix these issues.
  3. Additional pages are available at AU$100 per page, with a limit of at most 2 additional pages per paper.
  4. Please fill out the “Consent to Publish” form provided on the conference website. The corresponding author should sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having obtained their permission to do so in advance. The corresponding author cannot be changed once the files have been sent to Springer.
  5. Prepare a zip file and include the following:
    • a. The .pdf of the camera ready version.
    • b. A folder named “source_files” that contains all relevant source files of the manuscript needed to compile and reproduce the PDF.
    • c. The signed “Consent to Publish” form.  The form has to be signed by hand and scanned for submission.
    • d. A text file named “author_index.txt” that provides the following information:
      • i. Corresponding author name
      • ii. Corresponding author email
      • iii. First (given) and Last (family) names of each author. Please let us know any suffixes or complex names that do not use the Western name order, so that we can present them in the correct way.
      • iv. Suggested abbreviated running head of the paper.
  6. Submit all required files in easychair no later than 31 August 2019 (firm).
  7. At least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.
